Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within the terms
and conditions below and we will exchange it, credit the purchase price, or refund your money - your
choice.
Returned Items must be in new and unused condition and returned with the original packing and
materials within 21 days of purchase. All items will be inspected prior to exchange, credit, or
refund. Credit will be issued just for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs
are not refundable. Specials, closeouts, and custom orders are not returnable.
To return an item, e-mail us at
returns@swinglessgolf.com and request an RA number (Return Authorization number). Be sure to
include your own contact information especially phone or fax numbers and complete address.
Returned items must have the RA number written CLEARLY on the outside of the box. Boxes without the
correct RA number clearly marked will be returned. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
All item(s) returned must be in new and unused condition. We recommend you insure the item when
shipping and use a major carrier with tracking information (such as UPS) when returning golf items.
Power Strips can only be returned via UPS ground.
WARRANTY
Swingless Golf Corporation warrants all new products to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required
for warranty service. Except for shipping charges, any defects arising during this period which
resulted from normal use shall be repaired or replaced at Swingless Golf Corporation's expense.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to determine the extent to which the warranty
policy shall apply. For example, our warranty does not cover damage from "running over your club
with a golf cart", "close encounters with a tree", "rusting from exposure to water", or "other acts
of God", etc.
